This FeedbackManager program is copyrighted, and belongs to Orlean Technical Solutions Inc. ("OTS").

You individually and the company for which you work may not:

• Copy any part or all of it
• Reverse engineer it
• Copy the essence of the program functionalities
• Create derivative programs
• Use it for other projects or meetings without written OTS permission. 
• Facilitate the infringement of this copyrighted material

You may use FeedbackManager to record and review your observations and feedback on the process or project for which you have been granted access to the program.

Any feedback submitted may be issued in a report to the company sponsoring the meeting or process in which the feedback is solicited.

The data will be held electronically by OTS.  OTS will not share or sell this data to anyone without the sponsoring company's prior written permission.

OTS may use the collected data submitted by the users to sort and analyze the feedback such that it can be distilled into learning themes.

OTS may analyze data collected from this and other feedback meetings to develop aggregate learnings that are not identifiable or traceable to specific meetings.
